JUDAEA, Neapolis. Philip I. AD 244-249. Æ (27mm, 13.79 g, 6h). Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Hygieia standing right, holding serpent which she feeds from a patera, facing Asclepius seated left, holding patera in extended right hand, leaning on serpent-entwined staff held in left; Mt. Gerizim above. Harl 9; Rosenberger –; SNG ANS –. Near VF, dark brown patina with earthen highlights, surfaces a bit rough.
